If you would like to request a part for your Crosley Product, please call Crosley Customer Service at 800-926-7801

Cancellations must be emailed immediately to  Cancellations must be received by 1:00pm CST.  We will do our best to process a cancellation request received after 1:00pm CST but please note it may be difficult to pull the order as they are processed and loaded directly into a semi for UPS pick-up.  If we are unable to pull the order prior to pick-up, the $10 stop shipment fee plus return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Times and Shipping Details 

How long until my product is shipped? Orders placed before Noon CST, will ship the same business day.  Please note there are a few items such as pedal cars and the large jukeboxes which may require an additional day for processing.

We offer FedEx Home Delivery (average 2-5 days), FedEx 2 Day Select, and FedEx Overnight service within in the United States. (No APO/FPO or International Shipping.) Selecting a method of shipment determines how long your package is in transit ONCE the package ships. It does not include the time required internally to process, package and ship your order. Please note: FedEx does not count the day the item ships as part of the transit time (except Overnight) so you will need to add one additional day to the transit time for an accurate delivery time.

FedEx Shipping Time Estimates

We utilize FedEx as our Primary carrier. UPS and USPS are considered backup carriers, and may be used from time to time (see below).

A word about carrier substitutions: We reserve the right to choose a carrier other than the one you selected at checkout. From time to time, one carrier may have difficulty completing a shipment, while another does not. Situations like natural disasters, work stoppages, service delays, etc. arise from time to time. Rest assured, if we switch carriers, we will maintain a service level equal to or exceeding what you originally requested... for example: UPS 2 day service verses Fedex 2 day service, or USPS Proirity Mail verses UPS 2-3 day service.
